You will be the Subcontract Program Management Senior Manager for the Subcontract Management Team. Our team is responsible for overseeing subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, and managing cost, schedule, and technical execution.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Subcontract Program Management Sr Mgr you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of business strategies that optimize supply chain performance, drive sales growth, and ensure long-term sustainability.

Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Developing and executing business strategy for supply chain, including proposal strategy, sales, cost account management, and affordability
• Creating and executing proposal strategies that result in executable contracts with strategic vision for supply chain resilience
• Developing affordability strategies that meet customer requirements and ensure long-term sustainability
• Forecasting and meeting sales commitments
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including program management, engineering, quality, and operations

Basic Qualifications

• Development program experience in aerospace/defense
• Strong team leadership track record
• Proven ability to influence cross functional teams
• Strong negotiation experience.
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing business strategies for supply chain management, including proposal strategy, sales,and affordability.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading teams of program managers and subcontract administrators.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers, suppliers, and partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Desired Skills

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Experience with missile systems or defense industry
• Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).
• CAM certified
• Experience with design-to-cost, lean manufacturing, or design-for-manufacturability initiatives
• Background in supplier industrialization or supplier development
• Experience managing second-source qualification or obsolescence programs
• Exposure to complex, multi-tier global supply chains

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $158700.00 - $294700.00
