Job summary

The Judge Group seeks an experienced Subcontract Administrator III to support a leading aerospace organization within the SCM team. This role focuses on New Product Integration (NPI) and managing the full procurement lifecycle for aerospace hardware, components, materials, and services.

Responsibilities include cradle-to-grave procurement, complex subcontract administration, IPT collaboration, and supplier risk management. Onsite work is required; US Person status under export controls applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of subcontract administration, procurement, or purchasing experience.
• Aerospace industry experience required.
• Strong supplier management and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing full procurement lifecycle.
• Ability to work onsite.
• U.S. Person status required under export control regulations.

We are looking for an experienced Subcontract Administrator III to support a leading aerospace organization within the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team. This role will focus on New Product Integration (NPI) and managing the complete procurement lifecycle for critical aerospace hardware, components, materials, and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cradle-to-grave subcontract administration and procurement activities


• Source, negotiate, award, and administer complex subcontracts


• Partner with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to drive procurement strategy


• Track supplier performance, delivery commitments, and mitigate supply chain risks


• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships


• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience


• 5+ years of subcontract administration, procurement, or purchasing experience


• Aerospace industry experience required


• Strong supplier management and negotiation skills


• Experience managing full procurement lifecycle

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with NPI/New Product Introduction


• Experience with LTAs, MSAs, and milestone-based SOWs
