Job summary

CORE Construction in Tucson, AZ is seeking an entry-level Construction Professional to support mid- to large-scale commercial projects. The Project Coordinator will liaison between field and project management while keeping project documentation accurate and organized.

You will work with the Project Manager and team across construction-phase activities and closeout, handling submittals, RFIs, change orders, subcontracts, and file management with emphasis on teamwork and client service.

Qualifications

• Must possess the highest level of integrity and a positive attitude.
• 3+ years’ work experience with a commercial construction, engineering, or architecture company is preferred.
• Basic ability to read drawings and specifications.
• Basic understanding of contracts.
• Basic knowledge of scheduling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive problem solver who can work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Experience or basic understanding of Procore, Bluebeam, and DocuSign is a plus.
• Basic understanding of CMAR and/or Design/Build delivery methods is preferred.
• Must work well in a team environment and be committed to client service.
• A valid Driver’s License.

This is an in-person position at our office in Tucson, AZ (NOT remote nor hybrid).

Pay will be commensurate with skills and experience.

This is an exempt position under the Fair Labor Standards Act and the employee is not eligible for overtime compensation.
