Basic Qualifications

• Development program experience in aerospace/defense
• Strong team leadership track record
• Proven ability to influence cross functional teams
• Strong negotiation experience.
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing business strategies for supply chain management, including proposal strategy, sales,and affordability.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading teams of program managers and subcontract administrators.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers, suppliers, and partners.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with ability to analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Desired Skills

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Experience with missile systems or defense industry
• Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).
• CAM certified
• Experience with design‑to‑cost, lean manufacturing, or design‑for‑manufacturability initiatives
• Background in supplier industrialization or supplier development
• Experience managing second‑source qualification or obsolescence programs
• Exposure to complex, multi‑tier global supply chains

Pay Information

Full‑Time Salary Range: $158700.00 - $294700.00
