Baxter International Inc. in the United States is seeking a Production Technician I - Subassembly to support machines that produce subassembly components for IV therapies and other sterile solutions. You will join a fast-paced manufacturing team with training and cross-functional collaboration.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and TPM while enabling career growth within a committed healthcare manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required and you must be 18+.
• CRC Silver Level preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic English written and oral communication is required.
• Understand safety and quality instructions and read work instructions.
• Ability to perform basic mathematics and measurements.
• Proficient with calculator, measurement tools, and basic hand tools.
• Basic computer skills for logging data and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust subassembly machines via control panel or manual adjustments.
• Load and replenish production supplies to meet throughput.
• Perform routine maintenance and TPM support across machines.
• Investigate inefficiencies and report deviations.
• Assist with quality checks and packaging of finished components.
• Document information in manufacturing logs and POMS per GDP.
• Execute machine changeovers and perform scheduled cleaning.
• Maintain a clean, safe 6S work area.
