Job summary

Baxter is hiring an Operator, Subassembly in Marion, NC. You will operate and monitor subassembly machinery to produce components for IV therapies and other sterile solutions, while maintaining quality and safety standards.

You will load supplies, run inspections, and document outcomes in manufacturing logs. The role requires basic math, English communication, and the ability to multitask across multiple machines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Basic English written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic mathematics.
• Proficient with calculator and measurement tools.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor and make minor adjustments to subassembly machinery.
• Load and replenish production supplies as needed.
• Perform scheduled quality checks and document results.
• Inspect finished components and ensure quality standards are met.
• Package finished components and stage for transfer.
• Document manufacturing data in logs or the POMS system.
