Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CRC (Career Readiness Certification) Silver Level preferred.
• Basic English written and oral communication skills.
• Understand safety and quality instructions and read work instructions.
• Ability to perform basic mathematics.
• Proficient in using a calculator, measurement tools, and basic hand tools.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate, supervise and adjust subassembly machines via electrical control panel (HMI) or manually.
• Load and replenish production supplies at a rate that meets production needs.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance: alignment, parts replacement, cleaning, lubrication under TPM.
• Investigate and fix inefficiencies in machine performance.
• Assist Subassembly Operator with quality checks and disposition of products.
• Inspect finished products and aid in packaging and staging for downstream processes.
• Perform testing, inspection, and packaging for IPSO orders where applicable.
• Document information in manufacturing logs or POMS per GDP.
• Execute machine changeovers as assigned.
• Perform scheduled cleaning activities.
• Notify supervisor of safety, quality, or mechanical issues; take action.
• Apply 6S principles to sustain a clean, safe work area.
