Job summary

The role involves strategic planning for the maintenance department, leading engineers and technicians, and managing budgets and headcount. Expect hands-on work with tanks, mixing, and cGMP compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will perform routine maintenance, operate PIT equipment, and support safety initiatives while ensuring timely and quality production aligned with customer needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic English written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic mathematics.
• PIT Operator Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team within the maintenance organization.
• Directs budget and headcount planning for the area.
• Ensure adherence to quality, time and budget during projects.
• Formulation of tanks, weighing, labeling and staging materials per procedures.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance in the Mixing Complex.
• Ensure safety and cGMP compliance in daily operations.
• Navigate POMS to manage batch information and documentation.
• Obtain samples and perform scheduled quality checks.
