You will lead a regional team of managers, engineers and consultants, collaborating with Commercial leadership and regional Sales to deliver a unified Lifecycle Services experience.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 8+ years of leadership experience in industrial automation.
• Strong financial management and business operations expertise.
• Proven capability to drive organizational performance through metrics and accountability.
