Job summary

Rockwell Automation in North America is seeking a LCS Sub-Regional Business Manager to drive revenue growth, delivery quality, and talent development across a designated sub-region. You will lead a regional team of managers, engineers and consultants to deliver a unified Lifecycle Services experience in a hybrid, multi-country environment.

The role reports to the Delivery Director, Lifecycle Services, and requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Commercial leadership, regional sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 8+ years leadership experience in industrial automation.
• Experience leading through subordinate managers in a large enterprise.
• Strong financial management and operations expertise.
• Proven ability to drive performance through metrics and accountability.
• Strong customer relationship and executive engagement skills.
• Ability to influence across matrixed organizations.
• Strategic planning and execution capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own sub-region revenue, margin, and billable hours.
• Drive market expansion of COR offerings.
• Develop and execute sub-region business plans.
• Forecasting, resource planning, and performance reviews.
• Ensure customer delivery outcomes and satisfaction.
• Lead through subordinate managers and staff.
