ASTEMO AMERICAS, INC. is seeking a Sub-Assembly Technical Staff on the 3rd shift (8:00 PM–4:30 AM) to provide frontline leadership and oversee safe, quality-focused production.

You will coordinate daily workflow, coach team members, enforce SOPs and safety policies, and help resolve production, safety, and quality issues through problem solving and data reporting. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills to support continuous manufacturing operations.

Formación

• Minimum 1–2 years in frontline manufacturing supervision or team lead roles.
• Experience enforcing safety policies and PPE requirements in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to analyze production data and report on performance metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Provide frontline leadership and operational oversight for the Sub-Assembly team.
• Support safe, quality-focused, and efficient production operations.
• Coach team members with clear communication and constructive feedback.
• Identify and resolve production, safety, and quality issues using problem-solving and root-cause analysis.
• Support workflow coordination to maintain productivity and operational flow.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, PPE requirements, and SOPs.
• Complete production data entry and support production reporting and performance monitoring.
