Astemo Ltd. seeks a Team Lead for the PCU Department on the 3rd shift to lead daily line operations, guide associates, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will partner with supervision to plan rotations, train staff to work instructions, monitor performance, and drive root-cause analysis for downtime and non-conformances while maintaining a culture of continuous improvement. This role requires strong communication, practical manufacturing knowledge, and the ability to mentor

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience performing production work in multiple functions of the manufacturing environment.
• Proven history of maintaining professional demeanor and initiative.
• Understanding of manufacturing operations and processes in or out of assigned area.
• Basic experience with MS Word, Excel, and the Internet.
• Must have good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct line employees daily assignments.
• Operate production equipment to meet targets for safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Develop production associates and identify root cause of non-conforming product and downtime.
• Assist in planning rotations and training to Work Instructions with associates.
• Train, develop, and mentor associates; enforce PPE.
