Job summary

The role involves coordinating changeovers with FGAs, recording shift-end data, and training team members on procedures. The ideal candidate will have manufacturing or assembly experience, prior leadership, knowledge of quality systems, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily assembly department operations.
• Establish production plan that relates to the actual shipping times.
• Communicate and execute all changeovers with General Associates and Finished Goods (FGA).
• Ensure end-of-shift information is accurate and recorded.
• Train and assist associates on departmental procedures and work instructions.
• Support production quality and assist in troubleshooting process issues.
• Promote and maintain a safe work environment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and departmental goals.
