Job summary

TeamViewer Germany GmbH is seeking a quota-carrying sales professional to own sub-$10K renewals in the Americas, forecast weekly, and drive expansions. You will coordinate with Account Managers and AEs, manage adoption and churn risk, and ensure clean CRM hygiene.

This role is hybrid with offices in Tampa or Austin and offers competitive pay and benefits. You will be the first line of contact, shaping customer retention and expansion strategy while working across teams to protect and grow the

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a quota-carrying or pipeline-generating role in SaaS/tech.
• Comfortable owning retention and expansion targets with weekly forecasting.
• Strong communication skills by phone, video, and email; CRM hygiene.
• Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own every renewal opportunity under $10K ARR from outreach to renewal.
• Forecast renewals weekly with other sales roles and manage next steps.
• Grow revenue via seat expansions, add-ons, and license upgrades.
• Triage support friction and ensure timely resolutions with the right owner.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records and handoffs between desks.
