Regis Corporation in Newport, KY offers a 90-day stylist-in-training position designed to welcome an unlicensed future stylist into the salon workforce and train them in the business of styling. You will deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively with management, customers and coworkers.

Promotion to stylist is possible after obtaining the required license and meeting performance criteria.

Formación

• Must graduate from an accredited cosmetology school and obtain the license(s) within or before 90 days of hire date.
• Ability to work in a dynamic salon environment.
• Good time management, sound judgment and ability to multi-task.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate professionally with customers, co-workers and management.

Responsabilidades

• Market and grow the business.
• Observe other stylists and managers, ask questions.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Control expenses and follow company policies.
• Promote and sell services and retail products.
• Answer telephones, stock shelves, dust, sweep hair.
• Complete all duties as assigned by manager.
• Provide and communicate salon services with accuracy and courtesy.
