Qualifications

• Must graduate from an accredited cosmetology school and obtain the necessary license within 90 days of hire.
• Strong judgement and time management.
• Able to communicate well with customers, coworkers, and management.
• Tech savvy to use POS systems and data entry.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Learn the ins and outs of how to grow the business and control expenses by observing other stylists and managers.
