Job summary

Regis Corporation is seeking a Stylist in Training to learn how to grow the business while delivering excellent customer service across channels. You will participate in a 90-day program to complete Cosmetology School training and obtain licensure in your state.

You will assist with customer interactions, maintain salon cleanliness, and learn under experienced stylists. A potential promotion to stylist exists after licensure, but is not guaranteed.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited cosmetology school and obtain the required license within 90 days.
• Customer service and communication skills are important for interacting with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Learn the ins and outs of growing the business by observing stylists and managers.
• Greet customers and answer the phone with a friendly disposition.
• Keep the salon clean and follow safety standards.
• May be promoted to stylist once licensed; promotion is not guaranteed.
