Job summary
A leading wellness destination in Las Vegas seeks a talented Hair Stylist to provide exceptional customer service and professional hair services. The ideal candidate will have a current Cosmetologist license, a TAM Card, and at least 2 years of experience in hair services. Responsibilities include performing haircuts, up-dos, and educating guests about their hair care needs while maintaining a clean workspace. The role requires open availability and a consistent ability to achieve retail sales goals.
Qualifications
- Must possess a current Cosmetologist license.
- TAM (Alcohol Awareness) Card required upon hire in Nevada.
- Open availability, including weekends and holidays.
- 2 years’ experience in hair services required; high-end salon experience preferred.
- Proven ability to reach retail sales goals.
- Experience with haircuts, hairstyles, up-dos, and wedding hair services.
Responsibilities
- Provide guests with high-quality customer service through hair services.
- Perform haircuts and styling inspired by the latest trends.
- Educate guests about their individual hair care needs.
- Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized workstation.
