Kate Spade New York is seeking a stylist to assist customers in selecting products that fit their aesthetic and lifestyle. You'll demonstrate product knowledge, offer styling advice, and create complete looks while encouraging exploration of new styles.

In this role you will drive sales through storytelling, maintain stockroom organization, and deliver a seamless checkout experience across multiple channels, including omni/virtual selling.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience required.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Strong product knowledge and communication.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests with product knowledge and build looks.
• Provide styling advice and suggest add-ons.
• Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout.
• Maintain stockroom organization and POS accuracy.
• Drive results through storytelling and deep brand knowledge.
