Kate Spade New York is seeking a stylist to assist customers in selecting products that fit their aesthetic and lifestyle, helping them express personal style and integrate Kate Spade items into existing wardrobes.

The role focuses on engaging customers, offering styling advice, and driving a seamless checkout experience while showcasing the brand’s voice and product attributes across all categories.

Qualifications

• Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Prior experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
• English proficiency (or local language proficiency per market).
• Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business—including nights, weekends, busy season, and high‑traffic retail days.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs, occasionally), to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom.

Responsibilities

• Actively listen and ask insightful follow‑up questions to understand customer needs.
• Provide styling advice, suggest add‑ons, and create complete looks.
