Kate Spade New York is seeking a stylist to engage customers and help create complete looks that reflect their personal style. You will greet guests, demonstrate product knowledge, and provide proactive styling advice while guiding purchase decisions and ensuring a seamless checkout experience.

In this role, you will maintain stockroom organization and POS accuracy, foster repeat business, and stay current with brand storytelling and omni/virtual selling techniques.

Qualifications

• Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal abilities.
• Prior experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
• Schedule: ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating strong product knowledge.
• Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs.
• Provide styling advice, suggest add-ons, and create complete looks.
• Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
• Maintain stockroom organization and POS transactions; invite customers to return.
