Alice and Olivia in Beverly Hills is seeking a stylist to deliver exceptional service and drive sales while supporting consignment and client programs. The role emphasizes maintaining product knowledge, building client relationships, and meeting KPI targets in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Responsibilities include leading colleagues, achieving personal sales goals, using selling tools effectively, and ensuring brand image and grooming standards are met.

Responsabilités

• Lead sales team and act as a role model for new sales associates
• Reach personal sales goals and contribute to the store's overall target
• Use company selling tools to provide excellent customer service
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to maximize daily sales
• Update and maintain client books with client information
• Develop and maintain client relationships to contribute to monthly sales (≥20%)
• Maintain a UPT above the company standard (2.0)
• Meet KPI requirements and uphold brand image and grooming standards
• Follow work schedule, blackout periods, and mandatory meetings
• Assist with merchandising, replenishment, and floor stock control
• Uphold company visual standards and comply with POS policies
