Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant in Colorado to deliver exceptional guest experiences, build compelling visual merchandising, and keep the sales floor organized and inviting. You will greet guests, assist with product selections, and ensure displays are current and accurately priced.

You will participate in store operations, including visual standards, replenishment, and backroom organization, while upholding safety and guest-first service.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with guests and fellow team members
• Comfort with a fast-moving and physically demanding environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
• Basic technology literacy and willingness to learn store tools

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with aligned pricing and signage
• Support inventory and merchandising through replenishment and backroom organization
• Assist guests on the sales floor and in fitting rooms to help solve needs
• Maintain safety, courtesy, and compliance in all tasks
• Provide a welcoming experience and thank guests for shopping at Target
