Job summary

Target is hiring a Style Consultant to greet guests, help on the sales floor, and set up compelling product displays. The role emphasizes guest experience, strong operations, and accurate pricing/signage.

You will handle tasks from restocking, merchandising, and assisting guests, to supporting backroom organization and occasional cashier duties. A flexible schedule and the ability to lift up to 44 pounds are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service and store operations.
• Ability to operate handheld scanners and store systems.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Strong knowledge of apparel and accessories.
• Comfort with standing, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 44 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with visual standards.
• Use store tools to analyze sales and inventory to assist guests.
• Sort freight, push to the floor, and locate merchandise.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides.
• Maintain floorpad and backroom organization for replenishment.
• Support guest services and cashier or pickup duties.
• Ensure safety, ethics, and compliance.
