Target is seeking a Style Consultant to help guests discover fashion that fits. You will contribute to strong operations, guest experience, and visually compelling merchandising on the sales floor and in fitting rooms.

Responsibilities include driving sales, maintaining stock and visual standards, and assisting guests with product knowledge and checkout tasks. This role emphasizes flexibility, teamwork, and ensuring a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• Interest and knowledge of apparel products.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Effective communication skills in person and on devices.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with visual standards and signing.
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory and assist guests accordingly.
• Sort freight, push merchandise to the floor, and locate items in backroom per business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by prioritizing fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price changes and signing, and maintain fitting rooms to welcome guests.
