Job summary

Target in San Diego is hiring a Style Consultant to help guests on the sales floor and in the fitting rooms. You will contribute to a dynamic store environment with strong guest service and visual merchandising.

The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays and to engage guests with a friendly, problem-solving approach. Expect hands-on training with apparel knowledge and store operations, including supporting back-up cashier duties and Drive-up fulfillment as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
• Effective communication skills.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly.
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards and signing.
• Maintain floor availability and ensure accurate pricing and signing.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and Drive-up operations.
• Keep the fitting rooms welcoming and organized for guests.
