Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards and signing.
• Use store tools to monitor sales and inventory while assisting guests.
• Sort freight and place merchandise on the floor and backroom as needed.
• Set visual presentations to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and complete fills to keep the floor ready.
• Keep backroom organized for replenishment and guest requests.
• Remerchandise as items sell through using best practices.
• Support price changes and clearance signage.
• Maintain fitting rooms to welcome and assist guests.
• Move merchandise from fitting rooms back to the floor as needed.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
• Work safely following policies and reporting hazards.
• Assist with cashiering, pickup, and Drive-Up duties while complying with laws.
• Greet guests and provide a welcoming shopping experience.
• Engage guests to resolve needs and thank them for shopping at Target.
• Perform other duties as needed.
