Qualifications

• Guest engagement and customer service across busy store floors.
• Understanding of retail fundamentals, pricing, promotions, and inventory flow.
• Knowledge of style trends, seasonality, and brand differentiation.
• Ability to set and maintain shelves, pricing signs and floor layouts.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and present a guest-ready floor by upholding visual standards and signing.
• Use store tools to monitor sales, inventory and guest needs.
• Sort freight to the sales floor and locate items in backroom as needed.
• Create compelling visual presentations to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability through priority and regular fills on the floor.
• Keep backroom organized and prepare items for replenishment and guest requests.
• Remerchandise displays as items sell through to maintain an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price changes with clear signage and merchandising updates.
• Manage fitting rooms to welcome and assist guests.
• Assist with fulfillment and guest needs as tasks shift throughout the day.
• Uphold safety, ethics, and compliance in all actions.
• Greet guests and respond to inquiries to help solve specific needs.
