Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories
Effective communication and teamwork on sales floor and fitting rooms

Responsibilities

Drive sales and deliver a guest ready floor by executing visual standards and signage
Use store tools to monitor sales and inventory and assist guests as needed
Sort freight and stock merchandise to the floor and backroom
Maintain visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience
Maintain product availability and a full floor through replenishment and signing
Assist with backroom organization and replenishment for guest needs
Engage guests and help solve their specific needs
Adhere to safety policies and maintain a safe work environment
