Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to join our team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will help guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room, ensuring displays are attractive, correctly priced, and stocked to meet customer needs.

Ideal candidates are enthusiastic about apparel, welcoming to guests and teammates, and capable of using store technology and handheld scanners. This role involves flexible hours, maintaining safety, and contributing to a high-quality shopping experience.

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.

• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other equipment as directed.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards and signing.
• Monitor sales via store tools and understand inventory ownership to support guest needs.
• Sort freight, move merchandise to the sales floor, and locate items in backroom per business needs.
• Set and maintain visual merchandising guides to enhance guest experience and sales.
• Ensure product availability and a full floor pad through prioritised fills and merchandising.
• Support backroom organization and replenishment activities.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Assist with price changes and clearance merchandising as needed.
• Maintain fitting rooms to welcome and assist guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise back to the floor as required.
• Adhere to safety policies and demonstrate ethical conduct at all times.
• Assist guests with back-up cashier, OPU, and Drive-Up duties while ensuring compliance with laws.
