Qualifications

• Guest service fundamentals and guest-first culture across the store.
• Retail basics including pricing and promotions strategies.
• Industry trends in style, seasonality, and brand differentiation.
• Set, fill, and price the floor according to guest needs.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with visual standards.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales and inventory and assist guests.
• Sort truck freight and place merchandise on the salesfloor.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides.
• Maintain product availability and a full floorpad.
• Support backroom organization and replenishment.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell.
• Support price changes and signing processes.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome guests.
• Assist fulfillment and guest needs by routing merchandise back to the salesfloor.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
• Work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services like back-up cashier, OPU, and Drive‑Up and ensure legal compliance.
• Greet guests and assist with their needs and thank them for shopping with Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.
