• Set, fill, and price the floor according to what is most important to the guest.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, signage, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings.
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory ownership and assist guests as needed.
• Sort truck freight and move merchandise to the sales floor or backroom as required by business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to enhance guest experience and drive sales.
• Maintain product availability and floor coverage by completing priority and bulk fills.
