Target is hiring a Style Consultant in Charlotte to deliver an exceptional guest experience on the sales floor and in the fitting room. You will help guests, maintain a full, inviting floor, and support merchandising and price-signing activities throughout the day.

The role emphasizes strong guest service, eye for fashion, and basic operations knowledge, with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Training will be provided to build product knowledge and guest engagement skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by following visual standards and signing.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory, and guest needs.
• Sort truck freight and replenish merchandise to the floor and backroom.
• Maintain fitting rooms and assist guests with services such as back-up cashier and pickup.
• Execute price changes and keep merchandising to optimize guest experience.
