Responsibilities

• Drive sales and present a guest-ready floor with visual standards and signage.
• Understand assortment and assist guests on the sales floor and fitting room.
• Sort freight, push to the floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom.
• Maintain product availability and plan for replenishment.
• Remerchandise and adjust displays to inspire shoppers.
• Support price changes and signing for promotions.
• Maintain fitting rooms and greet guests to enhance experience.
• Assist with guest services like back-up cashier and order pickup.
