Job summary

Target in Wichita, KS is seeking a Style Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced store environment. You will help guests on the sales floor and in the fitting rooms, ensuring the floor is full, accurately priced, and signed with the right sizes and colors.

You’ll learn and apply guest service fundamentals, inventory basics, and visual merchandising while supporting various duties across the store, from backroom organization to price changes, always upholding Target’s standards of safety and guest

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maintaining a guest-ready floor with clear signage and visible merchandise.
• Utilize store tools and scanners to check inventory and assist guests.
• Sort trucks, stock the floor, and locate items for replenishment.
• Set and maintain visual merchandising guidelines to improve guest experience.
• Keep fitting rooms welcoming and help guests with purchases.
• Support cashiering, pickup orders, and drive-up duties as needed.
