Target is seeking a Style Consultant to join our team in Kansas City. You will help guests discover the joy of everyday life through welcoming service, strong product knowledge, and compelling in-store presentations.

The role focuses on operations, merchandising, and delivering an outstanding guest experience on the sales floor and in fitting rooms. You will support flexible work hours, learn our guest service fundamentals, and contribute to pricing, promotions, and stock management while

Qualifications

Experience delivering guest-first service in retail.
Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
Strong knowledge of apparel and fashion trends.

Responsibilities

Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by following visual standards and pricing.
Use store tools to track sales, inventory, and guest needs.
Sort truck freight and move merchandise to the sales floor as required.
Set up visual presentations and merchandising guides to enhance guest experience.
Maintain product availability and full floor space through effective replenishment.
Support backroom organization and merchandise location for replenishment and fulfillment.
Remerchandise presentations as items sell to keep the shopping experience fresh.
Assist with price changes and clearance signage as needed.
Greet guests and assist with questions to resolve specific needs.
Ensure a safe work environment and comply with safety policies.
