Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to join our team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will help guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room, ensure merchandise is presented, priced, and signed correctly, and contribute to a welcoming shopping experience.

The role emphasizes guest service, teamwork, and flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays. You should be comfortable standing, lifting up to 44 pounds, and using store technology.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest ready floor by executing visual standards and signage and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and use to solve guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the salesfloor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Execute and maintain backroom organization to support replenishment and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as they sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience for our guest.
• Support price change processes with signage execution and clearance merchandising.
• Maintain and use the fitting rooms to welcome and assist guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise between fitting room and salesfloor throughout the day.
• Adhere to safety policies and act with integrity at all times.
