Target is hiring a Style Consultant to help guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room, delivering a welcoming, high-energy shopping experience. You will be responsible for keeping the floor visually engaging, pricing and signing products, and assisting guests with their fashion needs.

The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and peak times, with strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 44 pounds. Competitive benefits are available and training is provided.

Competenze

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Effective communication skills and ability to use handheld scanners/tech as directed.
• Work independently and with a team to meet store goals.
• Resolve guest questions quickly and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of lifting and moving merchandise up to 44 pounds as needed.

Mansioni

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with visual standards and signage.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory, and guest needs.
• Sort freight, push to the salesfloor, and locate merchandise in backroom as required.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by completing fills and replenishment.
• Support backroom organization and assist with guest requests as they arise.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through, using best practices.
• Assist with price changes and signage execution.
• Greet guests and help them, ensuring a welcoming experience.
• Support fulfillment, drive-up, and order pickup duties within policy.
