Job summary

Target in Los Angeles is seeking a Style Consultant to deliver an exceptional guest experience on the sales floor and in fitting rooms. You will help keep the floor stocked, correctly priced, and clearly signed, while assisting guests and supporting merchandising presentations.

You will collaborate with teammates to maintain store standards, safety, and efficiency, greet guests, answer questions, and participate in a fast-paced retail environment with flexible hours.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to resolve questions quickly.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by upholding visual standards and pricing.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory, and guest needs.
• Sort freight and push merchandise to the sales floor as needed.
• Set and maintain visual merchandising guides to support guest experience.
• Keep the floor stocked and room ready for guest convenience.
• Assist with backroom organization and replenishment to support operations.
• Support guest services such as checkout and pickup while following safety guidelines.
