Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to welcome guests, assist with fittings, and keep the floor stocked and inviting. You will help guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room, ensuring items are accurately priced and clearly signed, with a focus on irresistible visual merchandising guidance.

In this busy retail role you will collaborate with teammates, adapt to changing shifts, and maintain safety standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience that reflects Target's brand

Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate scanners.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work independently or with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floorpad with visual standards.
• Sort freight, push merchandise to the salesfloor, and locate products in the backroom.
• Set visual presentations and signage to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and full floorpad through replenishment.
• Assist with backroom organization and seamless customer service flow.
• Support guest services and ensure safety, compliance, and courteous interactions.
