Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to help guests discover fashion that fits their life. You will welcome customers, meet their needs on the sales floor and in the fitting room, and keep the floor ready with correct pricing, stock, and signage.

You will drive sales through excellent guest service, operate store tools and scanners, and collaborate with teammates in a fast-paced, physical environment. Training is provided, and you’ll support flexible scheduling including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong guest service orientation.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work with teammates in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Wlexibility to work varying hours including nights/weekends/holidays.
• Ability to stay focused and multi-task in a busy store setting.
• Comfort with basic store technology and tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maintaining a guest-ready floor and accurate pricing/signage.
• Use store tools and scanners to assist guests and manage inventory.
• Sort freight and stock shelves to meet store needs.
• Set and maintain visual merchandising to support guest experience.
• Maintain product availability and efficient backroom organization.
• Assist with back-up cashier and guest services as needed.
• Create a welcoming experience and help guests with their needs.
• Follow safety policies and maintain a compliant environment.
