Job summary

Target is hiring a Style Consultant in Manhattan, KS. You will deliver a welcoming guest experience, support fashion merchandising, and keep the sales floor inviting and well stocked.

You will greet guests, assist on the floor and in the fitting room, and help with price signs and merchandising while maintaining safety and compliance. The role offers training and opportunities to grow with Target.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
• Effective communication skills.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly.
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest ready floor by executing visual standards and signing.
• Set and maintain the floor with stocked product and correct pricing.
• Assist guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room.
• Support backroom organization and merchandise replenishment.
• Maintain fitting rooms and assist with guest needs.
• Ensure safety and ethical conduct.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
