Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to greet guests, assist on the sales floor and in the fitting room, and keep the floor visually inviting. You will learn the store’s systems, support cycles, and merchandising standards to create a welcoming shopping experience. Training is provided, with flexible hours and a focus on guest satisfaction.

You will help maintain product availability, assist with price changes, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering great guest service every day.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate scanners.
• Effective communication skills and teamwork ability.
• Ability to work independently and with a team; resolve guest questions quickly.
• Remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards and pricing.
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory to assist guests.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the salesfloor, locate merchandise.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by priority fills.
• Keep backroom organized to support replenishment and guest requests.
• Remerchandise as items sell through to maintain inspiring displays.
• Support price change processes with signing and merchandising clearances.
• Maintain fitting rooms to welcome and assist guests.
• Assist fulfillment and ensure items are returned to salesfloor as needed.
• Adhere to safety policies and demonstrate ethical conduct.
