Target is seeking a Style Consultant to greet guests, help with apparel selection, and maintain organized, visually appealing selling floors. You will work to deliver an exceptional guest experience, assist with product knowledge, and operate store technology including scanners and POS systems.

The role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility for varying shifts, and a strong focus on guest service on the sales floor and fitting rooms.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment as directed.
• Effective communication skills.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Capable of remaining focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest ready floor by executing visual standards and signing, while staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and support guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, move freight to the salesfloor, and locate merchandise in the backroom.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability with priority fills and merchandising to capacity for a guest-ready floor.
• Remerchandise as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
