Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with visual standards.
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory needs.
• Sort freight, push merchandise to the floor, and locate backroom stock.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support the guest experience.
• Maintain product availability and fulfill replenishment needs.
• Assist with backroom organization and guest requests; ensure safety and compliance.
