Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to assist guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room, delivering a welcoming, style-focused shopping experience. You will help maintain stock, support promotions, and ensure the floor is filled with the right products, priced and signed accurately.

In this role you will interact with guests, work in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate with team members to meet daily sales goals while providing an outstanding guest experience.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.
• Effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with visual standards and signage.
• Understand sales trends and inventory to support guest needs.
• Sort freight and replenish merchandise on the sales floor and in backroom.
• Set visual presentations to enhance guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and complete priority fills.
• Support backroom organization and merchandise replenishment.
