Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to join our team. You will engage guests, maintain attractive displays, and assist with fitting rooms while delivering an exceptional in-store experience.

You’ll contribute to sales through friendly service, product knowledge, and efficient operations on a fast-paced retail floor. A flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays supports a dynamic store environment.

Qualifications

• Understanding of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate scanners.
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to resolve guest questions quickly and maintain composure.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and keep a guest-ready floor by applying visual standards and clear signing.
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory and assist guests accordingly.
• Sort freight and move merchandise to the floor based on business needs.
• Set up and maintain visual presentations to support guest experience.
• Ensure product availability and floor coverage through priority fills and merchandising.
• Assist with backroom organization to support replenishment and guest requests.
