Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to provide an outstanding guest experience on the sales floor and in fitting rooms. You will help meet guest needs through strong operations, engaging merchandising, and friendly service, while keeping the floor stocked and prices/signs accurate.

You will support price changes, assist with backroom organization, and collaborate with team members to deliver an inspiring shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Interact with guests to meet needs and deliver a great store experience.
• Adapt to a fast-paced, physically active environment with teamwork.
• Communicate clearly and resolve guest questions quickly.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floorpad with visual standards and promotions.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory and guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the floor, and locate merchandise in backroom as needed.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floorpad through priority and manual fills.
• Remerchandise presentations to keep shopping inspiring and current.
