Job summary

Target is hiring a Style Consultant to assist guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room, delivering an engaging, image-driven shopping experience. You will help manage floor presentation, pricing and product placement while staying informed about assortment and promotions.

The role emphasizes strong guest service, teamwork, and physical stamina in a fast-paced retail environment. You will support checkout, backroom operations, and drive-up / order pickup tasks as needed, while upholding

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Ability to stand, move, and lift up to 15 pounds regularly.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maintaining a guest-ready floor and signage.
• Use store tools to monitor sales and inventory.
• Sort freight, replenish backroom, and locate merchandise.
• Maintain visual merchandising and product availability on the floor.
• Assist guests at the fitting room and on the sales floor.
• Support cashiering, order pickup, and Drive-Up duties as needed.
• Adhere to safety, ethics, and compliance policies.
