Job summary

Target is looking for a Style Consultant to deliver an exceptional guest experience on the sales floor and in the fitting room. You will ensure the floor is stocked, accurately priced, and presented with the right sizes and colors while supporting a guest-first culture.

You will engage guests with a welcoming attitude, meet varying guest needs, and work flexibly across shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. Training will cover processes and product knowledge to excel in the role.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology.
• Effective communication skills.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly.
• Capable of staying focused in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards and signing.
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory to support guest needs.
• Sort freight and move merchandise to the sales floor and backroom as needed.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by prioritizing fills and merchandising.
• Remerchandise presentations to deliver an inspiring shopping experience for guests.
• Support price change processes with signing and signage.
